1. General Terms

• Toronto Classy Stays operates short-term rental accommodations in Toronto, Ontario.

• All bookings made through this site are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

2. Booking and Payment

• Full payment or deposit may be required at the time of booking, as indicated on your booking summary.

• We accept secure online payments via Lodgify’s payment partners.

• Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in: 3:00 PM

• Check-out: 11:00 AM
  Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to approval and may incur an extra fee.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.

• After this period, the booking is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests agree to treat the property with care and respect.

• Smoking, parties, or unauthorized guests are not permitted.

• Any damage to property or furnishings may result in additional charges.

6. Liability

Toronto Classy Stays is not responsible for:

• Personal injury, theft, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.

• Interruptions in services (e.g., Wi-Fi, utilities) beyond our control.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Ontario.
