We want every guest to have a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable experience.
Please review these house rules carefully — by booking and staying with us, you agree to follow them.

1. Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in: 3:00 PM

• Check-out: 11:00 AM

• Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available upon request and subject to an additional fee.

• Please respect check-out times so our cleaning team can prepare for the next guests.

2. No Smoking or Vaping

• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, and in hallways.

• A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged if smoke odor or residue is detected.

3. No Parties or Events

• Parties, gatherings, or loud events are not permitted.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.

• Please respect neighbors and building rules — violation may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

4. Guest Limit

• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

• The maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

• Visitors must be pre-approved by the host.

5. Cleanliness

• Please keep the space tidy and place trash in designated bins.

• Dishes should be washed before checkout.

• Extra cleaning beyond standard service may result in a $100 cleaning fee.

6. Damage & Property Care

• Guests are responsible for any damage, stains, or missing items caused during their stay.

• Please report damages immediately — small issues can often be fixed quickly.

• Furniture or decor should not be moved without permission.

7. Safety & Security

• Always lock doors and windows when leaving.

• Do not share access codes with anyone outside your party.

• Fire extinguishers and first-aid kits are provided for your safety.

8. Pets

• Pets are allowed only if explicitly approved before booking.

• A pet cleaning fee may apply.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Illegal substances or activities are strictly forbidden.

• Commercial photography or filming requires written consent.

• Tampering with smoke detectors or security devices will result in removal without refund.

10. Building Rules

As part of the condo’s community, all guests must follow building policies regarding:

• Elevator usage

• Garbage disposal

• Common-area conduct

Failure to comply may result in fines imposed by the condominium board.

11. Lost & Found

We are not responsible for items left behind but will make reasonable efforts to return them upon request.

12. Respect the Space

This is a home — please treat it as your own.
We take pride in offering a modern, comfortable suite for all guests, and your cooperation helps us keep it that way.
